Worked as Assistant Professor at Institute of Health Management Research (2011), Bangalore; PhD research work investigated the determinants of stress and well-being in call centre employees and impact of moderating variables; research work presented in various national and international conferences, including 27th International Congress of Applied Psychology 2010 held at Melbourne Australia; member of Asian Association of Social Psychology, and National Academy of Psychology; Completed diploma in counselling psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, and received counselling training from various prestigious medical institutions of New Delhi, such as Escorts Heart Institute, Apollo, Sarthak (NGO), and Mind Track.
